Description:

This hardy variety is highly resistant to cold and will give beautiful white purple collar round very regular roots, with delicate flesh. 
Culinary Tip:

The turnip is delicious in soups, pickled and mashed.

Culture Tip:

1. Sowing: Sow from March to early July rows 30 cm apart. Turnip likes sun exposure.
2. Thinning: When your turnips have 3-4 leaves, pull the smaller plants and keep only the strongest with a turnip every 10-15 cm. 
3. Harvest: Harvest July to December.

Companion Plants:

Turnip likes the proximity of peas, together they produce abundant yield.
