Description:

This corn variety produces long 20 cm spikes with soft and sweet taste.
Very popular in North America, these ears are consumed soon after harvest, and can also be frozen after blanching.

Culinary Tip:

The cobs are eaten boiled or roasted in the oven and could be served whole or shelled.

Culture Tip:

1. Sowing: Sow in April-May in a sunny position in rows 30 cm apart.
2. Thinning: Thin out leaving the most vigorous corn plants every 10 cm. For proper development of maize, water frequently especially when flowering.
3. Harvest: Harvest in August and September.

Companion Plants:

Corn likes the proximity of squash because they help each other produce more than average yield.
